Progression

The main thing that sets an entry level hire apart is their limited experience in industry. We aim to progress entry-level staff within 12 months (although we never progress anyone who isn’t ready). After this time, we hope our entry levels have built sufficient experience and knowledge of industry to progress to the next stage of their careers at FanDuel.
